
Alfajores
Een Argentinian dessert gemaakt met all purpose bloem, ei yolks en citroen zest.
Ingrediënten

- 4Suiker100 g
- 5ei yolks2 stuk
- 6citroen zest1 theelepel

- 8desiccated kokosnootSprinkling
Bereiding

maak the Dough: room 200 g boter and 100 g suiker. voeg toe 2 ei yolken and 1 theelepel citroen zest. Gradually meng erdoor bloem and 200 g maizena to form a dough. Chill for 1 hour. bak the Cookies: Roll out the dough, snijd in circles, and bak at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minuten. laat cool. Assemble: Spread dulce de leche on one cookie, then sandwich with another. Roll the edges in kokosnoot flakes. Pro Tips:

Chill the dough before rolling it out to maak it easier to handle and to prevent the cookies from spreading too much while baking. Dip the alfajores in melted chocolade and laat them set on a wire rack for an extra decadent treat.
