
Aussie Burgers
Een Australisch rundvlees gemaakt met lean minced steak, cooked rode biet en naan brood.
Ingrediënten
- 1Lean Minced Steak500 g
- 2cooked rode biet100 g
- 3naan brood2 stuk
- 4rucola50 g
- 5soured room and chive dip4 eetlepel

step 1 maak the burgers: Tip the meat into a bowl and bestrooi over 1 tsp zout and a good grinding of zwarte peper.Work with wet hands to meng in the seasoning. Divide into four with your hands and shape into burgers. (It can be frozen at this stage.)

Sort out your ingredients: snijd the rode biet and split the naan breads.

Toast the naans: verhit a griddle pan or barbecue. Griddle the naans on both sides tot lightly toasted and zet opzij. voeg toe the burgers to the grill or barbecue and kook for 2-3 minuten, then turn and kook the other side for a further 2-3 minuten.

Assemble the dish: Set half a toasted naan on each serving plate and doe a pile of 50 g rucola on each. Top with a burger, then a few slices of rode biet and a dollop of soured room. bestrooi with zout and freshly ground zwarte peper and serveer direct with a big green salad and chips. A glass of rode wijn wouldn’t go amiss, either.
