
Chilli prawn linguine
Een Italiaans pasta gerecht gemaakt met linguine pasta, suiker snap erwten, knoflook clove en red chili.
Ingrediënten

- 2Sugar snaps200 g
- 3Olive oil2 tblsp
- 4Knoflookteen2 stuk
- 5red chili1 stuk
- 6king garnalen24 Skinned
- 7Cherry tomatoes12 stuk
- 8basilicum leavesHandful
- 9slaLeaves
- 10broodto serve
- 11Fromage Frais2 eetlepel
- 12limoenGrated Zest of 2
- 13fijne basterdsuiker2 theelepel
Bereiding

meng the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and breng op smaak with zout and paprika. zet opzij.

kook the pasta according to the packet instructions. voeg toe the suiker snap erwten 200 g sugar snaps for the last minuut or so of cooking time.

ondertussen, verhit the olie in a wok or large frying pan, schud door in the knoflook and chili and kook over a fairly gentle verhit for ongeveer 30 seconds without letting the knoflook bak bruin. Tip in the garnalen and kook over a high verhit, stirring frequently, for ongeveer 3 minuten tot they turn pink.

voeg toe the tomaten and kook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minuten tot they just start to soften. giet af the pasta and suiker snaps goed, then schud door into the prawn mixture. Tear in Handful basilicum leaves, roer, and breng op smaak with zout and paprika.

serveer with salad leaves drizzled with Grated Zest of 2 limoen dressing, and warm crusty to serve brood.
