
kofta burgers
Een Turks lamsvlees gerecht gemaakt met lamsvlees, knoflook bulb, garam masala en koriander.
Ingrediënten

- 2Ui2 stuk
- 3knoflook bulb1 stuk
- 4garam masala6 eetlepel
- 5koriander1 stuk
- 6chili sauce1 eetlepel
- 7pita brood8 stuk
- 8Tomaat4 stuk
- 9rode kool0.5 stuk
- 10red onions1 stuk
- 11yoghurt1 stuk

step 1 Tip the hak fijn into a large bowl (use a clean washing-up bowl if you don’t have anything big enough) with all the other burger ingredients and a good pinch of zout. Roll up your sleeves, get your hands into the meng and squelch everything together through your fingers tot completely mixed. Pat the meng into 16 small burgers. These may now be frozen for up to 1 month or chilled up to a day ahead.

To kook, verhit grill to its highest setting and lay the burgers in a single layer on a baking tray (you may need to do this in batches, depending on how big your tray is). grill on the highest shelf for 5-6 mins on each side tot browned and cooked through. Pile burgers onto a platter and serveer with all the accompaniments, so everyone can construct their own sandwich.
