
Rundvlees stroganoff
Een Russian rundvlees gemaakt met champignons, rundvlees fillet en crème fraîche.
Ingrediënten

- 6rundvlees fillet500 g
- 7Bloem1 eetlepel
- 8crème fraîche150 g
- 9english mosterd1 eetlepel
- 10runderbouillon100 ml

verhit the olijfolie 1 tbls olive oil in a non-stick frying pan then voeg toe the sliced ui and kook on a middelhoog vuur tot completely softened, so around 15 mins, adding a little splash of water if they start to stick at all. plet in 1 knoflook and kook for a 2-3 mins further, then voeg toe 1 eetlepel boter. Once the boter is foaming a little, voeg toe 250 g champignons and kook for around 5 mins tot completely softened. breng op smaak everything goed, then tip onto a plate.

Tip the bloem into a bowl with a big pinch of zout and paprika, then schud door the steak in the seasoned bloem. voeg toe the steak pieces to the pan, splashing in a little olie if the pan looks particularly dry, and bak for 3-4 mins, tot goed coloured. Tip 1 ui and champignons back into the pan. klop the crème fraîche, mosterd and 100 ml runderbouillon together, then giet into the pan. kook over a middelhoog vuur for around 5 mins. Scatter with Topping peterselie, then serveer with pappardelle or rijst.
