
Syrisch Bread
Een classic Syrisch wereldkeuken — straightforward, satisfying, en full of flavour.
Ingrediënten

- 2zonnebloemolie2 tblsp
- 3Suiker0.5 theelepel
- 4Zout1.5 theelepel
- 5bloem375 g
- 6gist1.5 theelepel
Bereiding

leg ingredients in the pan of the brood machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough cycle; press Start.

When the Dough cycle is almost complete, verwarm de oven voor op 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into eight equal pieces and form into rounds. dek af the rounds with a damp cloth and laat rust.

Roll dough into thin flat circles, ongeveer 8 inches in diameter. kook two at a time on preheated baking sheets or a baking stone tot puffed up and goudbruin bak bruin, ongeveer 5 minuten. Repeat for remaining loaves.
