
Tandoori kip
Een Indiaas kip gerecht gemaakt met lemons, paprikapoeder, red uien en kip thighs.
Ingrediënten
- 1lemons2 Juice
- 2paprikapoeder4 theelepel
- 3red onions2 finely chopped
- 4kippendijen16 skinnless
- 5zonnebloemolieFor brushing
- 6Greek yogurt300 ml
- 7Gember1 stuk
- 8Knoflookteen4 stuk
- 9garam masala¾ tsp
- 10gemalen komijn¾ tsp
- 11chilipoeder½ tsp
- 12kurkuma¼ tsp
Bereiding

meng the citroensap with 4 theelepels paprikapoeder and red uien 2 finely chopped red onions in a large shallow dish. Slash each kip thigh three times, then turn them in the juice and zet opzij for 10 mins.

meng all of the marinade ingredients together and giet over the kip. Give everything a good meng, then dek af and chill for at least 1 hr. This can be done up to a day in advance.

verhit the grill. Lift the kip pieces onto a rack over a baking tray. Brush over a little olie and grill for 8 mins on each side or tot lightly charred and completely cooked through.
