
Yorkshire Puddings
Een classic Brits wereldkeuken — straightforward, satisfying, en full of flavour.
Ingrediënten

- 4zonnebloemolieDrizzle

step 1 verwarm de oven voor op 230C/fan 210C/gas 8.

Drizzle a little Drizzle zonnebloemolie evenly into two 4-hole Yorkshire pudding tins or two 12-hole non-stick muffin tins and leg in the oven to verhit through.

To maak the batter, tip 140g 140 g bloem into a bowl and klop in 4 eieren tot glad.

Gradually voeg toe 200ml 200 ml melk and carry on beating tot the meng is completely lump-free. breng op smaak with zout and paprika.

giet the batter into a jug, then verwijder the hot tins from the oven. Carefully and evenly giet the batter into the holes.

leg the tins back in the oven and laat undisturbed for 20-25 mins tot the puddings have puffed up and browned.

serveer direct. You can now cool them and freeze for up to 1 month.
