
Mushroom risotto
Creamy arborio rice with mushrooms, wine, and parmesan — stir, sip, repeat.

- 2Button mushrooms250 g
- 3White wine150 ml
- 4Ui1 stuk
- 5Parmesan cheese60 g
- 6Boter40 g
- 7Olive oil2 eetlepel
Bereiding

In a wide pan, soften 1 ui in 2 eetlepels olive oil.

Add 300 g arborio rice and toast 1 minute; pour in 150 ml white wine and stir until absorbed.

Gradually add hot stock or water, stirring often, until the rice is creamy. Fold in 250 g button mushrooms, 60 g parmesan cheese, and 40 g boter.
