  • 3Tomato Puree227 g
  • 4Water720 ml
  • 5Soy sauce6 tbsp
  • 6White Wine Vinegar1 tbsp
  • 7Pepper2 tbsp
  • 8Bay Leaf4 piece
  • 9Lemon0.5 piece
  • 10Tomato Sauce2 tbsp
  • 11Butter3 tbsp
  • 12Olive oil120 ml
  • 13Onion1 chopped
  • 14Garlic4 piece

Method

  1. 1

    0. Combine 1.5 kg of beef, crushed peppercorn, 6 tbsp of soy sauce, vinegar, dried bay leaves, 0.5 lemons, and 2 tbsp of tomato sauce. Mix well. Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes.

    Put the marinated beef in a cooking pot along with remaining marinade. Add 720 ml of water. Let boil.

    Add Knorr Beef Cube. Stir. Cover the pot and cook for 40 minutes in low heat.

    Turn the beef over. Add tomato paste. Continue cooking until beef tenderizes. Set aside.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry the potato until it browns. Turn over and continue frying the opposite side. Remove from the pan and place on a clean plate. Do the same with the carrots.

    Save 3 tablespoons of cooking oil from the pan where the potato was fried. Saute 1 chopped onion and 4 garlics until onion softens.

    Pour-in the sauce from the beef stew. Let boil. Add the beef. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add 3 tbsp of butter and let it melt. Continue cooking until the sauce reduces to half.
