  • 3Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • 4Water480 ml
  • 5Green Pepper1 piece
  • 6Red Pepper1 piece
  • 7Potatoes1 piece
  • 8Carrots1 piece
  • 9Tomato Puree227 g
  • 10Peanut Butter3 tbsp
  • 11Chilli Powder5 piece
  • 12Onion1 chopped
  • 13Garlic5 piece
  • 14Olive oil3 tbsp

Method

  1. 1

    0. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Saute 1 chopped onion and 5 garlics until onion softens

  2. 2

    Add 2 kg of beef. Saute until the outer part turns light brown.

  3. 3

    Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Pour tomato sauce and 480 ml of water. Let boil.

    Add Knorr Beef Cube. Cover the pressure cooker. Cook for 30 minutes.

    Pan-fry carrot and potato until it browns. Set aside.

  6. 6

    Add chili pepper, liver spread and 3 tbsp of peanut butter. Stir.

  7. 7

    Add bell peppers, fried potato and carrot. Cover the pot. Continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes.

    Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve.
