  • 14Water240 ml
  • 15Oyster Sauce1 tbsp
  • 16Sugar1 tsp
  • 17Soy sauce1 tsp

Method

    STEP 1 - MARINATING 227 g of beef In a bowl, add the beef, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch white 1 pinch of pepper, 1 Teaspoon 2 tsp of sesame seed oil, 1/2 egg, corn 3 tbsp of starch,1 Tablespoon of oil and mix together.

    - BOILING THE 113 g of noodles In a 6 qt pot add your noodles to boiling 240 ml of water until the noodles are submerged and boil on high heat for 10 seconds. After your noodles is done boiling strain and cool with cold water.

    - STIR FRY Add 2 Tablespoons of oil, beef and cook on high heat untill beef is medium cooked. Set the cooked beef aside In a wok add 2 Tablespoon of oil, onions, 1 tsp of minced garlic, minced 1 tsp of ginger, 150 g of bean sprouts, 150 g of mushroom, peapods and 1.5 cups of water or until the vegetables are submerged in water. Add the noodles to wok To make the sauce, add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 pinch white pepper, 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 Teaspoon of 1 tsp of soy sauce. Next add the beef to wok and stir-fry
