
Chilli ginger lamb chops
A Turkish lamb dish made with ginger, lemon juice, chili powder and cumin.
Ingredients

- 2Ginger1 tblsp
- 3Lemon juice1 tblsp
- 4Olive oil1 tblsp
- 5Chili Powder0.5 tsp
- 6Cumin1 tsp
- 7Lamb Loin Chops8 piece
Method

step 1 Put 4 garlics in a bowl with 1 tblsp ginger, 1 tblsp lemon juice, oil, spices and seasoning. Blitz with a hand blender until smooth, then use to coat the lamb chops on both sides. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

Heat a barbecue until hot. Barbecue the chops over the coals for 3 mins on each side until cooked but still pink and juicy in the centre.
