
Crêpes (minute pancakes)
Thin, airy crêpes served warm with jam, sugar, or orange sauce.
Ingredients
- 1Self-raising flour200 g
- 2Fine sugar30 g
- 3Vanilla sugar1 piece
- 4Egg4 piece
- 5Fat to taste
- 6Jam to taste
- 7Milk500 ml
Method

Sift 200 g self-raising flour into a bowl and mix with 30 g of fine sugar. Make a well in the center and beat 4 eggs and 500 ml of milk together. Slowly mix with 200 g self-raising flour until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with fat to taste. Bake thin pancakes from the batter.

Spread the crêpes with jam to taste and serve them warm. You can also sprinkle them with sugar or dip them in orange sauce.
