
Flourless chocolate dessert
Dense, glossy chocolate pots with just a handful of pantry staples.
Ingredients

- 2Butter100 g
- 3Eggs3 piece
- 4Sugar80 g
Method

Melt 200 g of dark chocolate and 100 g of butter together gently in a bain-marie or microwave in short bursts.

Whisk 3 eggs and 80 g of sugar into the chocolate mixture until smooth.

Pour into ramekins and bake until just set at the edges but still soft in the centre.
