
Lasagna verte
Hearty lasagna with spinach, ham, cheese, and béchamel sauce. Perfect for a family meal or leftovers.
Ingredients
- 1Ground meat1.5 kg
- 2Frozen spinach750 g
- 3Ham
- 4Lasagna sheet
- 5Grated cheese300 g
- 6Béchamel sauce750 ml
- 7Seasoning to taste
- 8Spinach (frozen)750 g
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Brown 1.5 kg of ground meat in a pan and season with seasoning to taste.

Defrost and heat 750 g of frozen spinach.

In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheet, 1.5 kg of ground meat, 750 g of frozen spinach, ham, 750 ml of béchamel sauce, and 300 g of grated cheese. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with 750 ml of béchamel sauce and 300 g of grated cheese on top.

Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
