
Linguine with smoked salmon and peas
Creamy pasta with smoked salmon, peas, and a hint of lemon. Quick, fresh, and ideal for fish lovers.
Ingredients
- 1Linguine500 g
- 2Pea300 g
- 3Garlic4 piece
- 4Olive oil2 tbsp
- 5Smoked salmon400 g
- 6Onion2 piece
- 7Fish stock300 ml
- 8Cream400 ml
- 9Lemon juice to taste
- 10Pepper to taste
- 11Salt to taste
- 12Chervil (Frozen)2 piece
Method

Finely chop 2 onions. Chop 4 garlics. Sauté 2 onions and 4 garlics until translucent in 2 tbsp of olive oil. Cook 500 g of linguine until al dente.

Stir in 300 g of pea and pour over , 300 ml of fish stock and 400 ml of cream. Meanwhile, also add the chervil cube.

Let the sauce reduce a bit. (Optionally use some sauce thickener) and mix with the linguine and 400 g of smoked salmon. Season with lemon juice to taste, pepper to taste and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
