
Moist Chocolate Slice
A rich, moist chocolate cake slice, easy to make and perfect for sharing with friends or family.
Ingredients

- 2Sugar170 g
- 3Chocolate100 g
- 4Butter100 g
- 5Flour50 g
- 6Salt1 pinch
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with 170 g of sugar and 1 pinch of salt until well mixed. Stir in 50 g of flour.

Melt 100 g of chocolate and 100 g of butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat when melted.

Pour the melted mixture into the batter and mix well.

Grease a round baking tin. Pour in the batter. Bake for 20 minutes. Decorate as desired and enjoy.
