
Poulet Roti a l'Algerienne (Algerian Roast Chicken)
A Algerian chicken dish made with balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, cayenne pepper and chicken.
Ingredients

- 4Balsamic vinegar2 tbsp
- 5Dijon Mustard1 tbsp
- 6Garlic3 piece
- 7Black Pepper1 tsp
- 8Cayenne Pepper1 tsp
- 9Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix 240 ml of water, 1 chopped onion, 5 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp of dijon mustard, 3 garlics, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, and salt to taste together in a roasting dish. Add 1 chicken; turn until well coated with mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone, reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 1 hour 30 minutes.
