
Pumpkin Soup
Simple pumpkin soup with potato, onion, and chicken stock. Delicious for lunch or as a starter, quick to make and nutritious.
Ingredients

- 4Chicken stock cube3 piece
- 5Water2 l
- 6Cream1 to taste
Method

Cut 600 g of pumpkin, 2 potatoes, and 1 onion into pieces.

Bring 2 l of water to a boil and add 3 chicken stock cubes to dissolve.

Add the chopped vegetables to the stock and simmer for 25 minutes until everything is tender.

Puree the soup if desired and season to taste.

At the end, add a splash of cream for creaminess to taste.
