
Syrian Spaghetti
A Syrian pasta dish made with spaghetti, tomato sauce, tomato puree and cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 2Tomato Sauce227 g
- 3Tomato Puree170 g
- 4Cinnamon1 tsp
- 5Vegetable Oil60 ml
- 6Salt1 pinch
- 7Pepper1 pinch
Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 454 g of spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and stir in 227 g of tomato sauce, tomato paste, 1 tsp of cinnamon, oil, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Transfer to prepared dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until top is crunchy.
