
Tomato Soup
Classic tomato soup with leeks, potatoes, celery, and bouillon. Hearty, simple, and perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 2Canned tomato1 piece
- 3Leek200 g
- 4Onion2 piece
- 5Potato2 piece
- 6Celery1 pinch
- 7Bouillon cube3 piece
Method

Chop 200 g of leek, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, and 1 pinch of celery.

Add 1.5 l of water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Add 1 canned tomato, the chopped vegetables, and 3 bouillon cubes.

Simmer for about 30 minutes until vegetables are soft. Blend the soup until smooth if desired.
