
Pan-seared salmon
Crispy skin, tender fillet, finished with lemon — a reliable weeknight classic.
Ingredients

- 2Olive oil1 tbsp
- 3Lemon0.5 piece
- 4Salt1 tsp
- 5Pepper1 pinch
Method

Pat 2 salmon fillets dry and season with 1 tsp of salt and 1 pinch of pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high; cook salmon skin-side down until crisp, then flip to finish.
