
Fettuccine Alfredo
A Italian pasta dish made with fettuccine, heavy cream, parmesan and parsley.
Ingredients
- 1Fettuccine454 g
- 2Heavy cream120 ml
- 3Butter114 g
- 4Parmesan40 g
- 5Parsley2 tbsp
- 6Black Pepper
Method

Cook pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling water and salt. Add 120 ml of heavy cream and 114 g of butter to a large skillet over medium heat until the cream bubbles and the butter melts.

Whisk in 40 g of parmesan and add seasoning (salt and black pepper). Let the sauce thicken slightly and then add the pasta and toss until coated in sauce.

Garnish with 2 tbsp of parsley, and it's ready.
