
Lasagna Sandwiches
A American pasta dish made with sour cream, chopped onion, dried oregano and bread.
Ingredients

- 3Dried Oregano0.5 tbsp
- 4Salt0.5 tsp
- 5Bread8 piece
- 6Bacon8 piece
- 7Tomato8 piece
- 8Mozzarella4 piece
- 9Butter2.5 tbsp

1. In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients; spread on four slices of 8 breads. Layer with 8 bacons, 8 tomatoes and cheese; top with remaining bread.

In a large skillet or griddle, melt 2 tablespoons 2.5 tbsp of butter. Toast sandwiches until lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted, adding butter if necessary.
